Follow these 4 steps to ensure your entry is successfully counted for the $1,000 Draw.
- Visit the storeopinion.ca official portal
Enter www.storeopinion.ca on your device. It redirects to feedback.inmoment.com, as the official survey provider is InMoment. So, don’t worry.
- Choose language
Select your preferred language from the four available options at the top of the survey page. EN, FR, 中文, and ਪੰਜਾਬੀ.
- Choose your path of entry:
Receipt in hand? Enter the 19-21 digit code from the bottom of the receipt and click on the Red start button. For a without-receipt entry, tick ‘Don’t have receipt’ and click the Red start button.
- Provide your candid feedback
Answer the survey questionnaire on your recent trip to Loblaw stores in Canada. You do NOT need a “Perfect Score” to win. Be honest.
- Opt-In for Contest
After completing the survey, Storeopinion asks you to enter the monthly draw. Make sure you get a valid entry by providing the necessary details for contacting the winners.
- Validate Entry
You will see a message indicating that you have qualified for a chance to win one of the following prizes. A $1,000 PC Gift card or 1 Million PC Optimum Points with ARV of $1,000.

It is surprisingly easy! When you visit the main page, simply look for the checkbox that says “I do not have a receipt” (it is usually small). Check that box and click the red arrow. The system will let you manually select your store location instead of typing in a code.
This usually happens for two reasons:
Expired: Receipts are only valid for 7 days after purchase. If it’s day 8, the code dies.
Typos: The code is long! Ensure you are not adding spaces or hyphens. If it still fails, use the “No Receipt” method described above to enter anyway.
They both equal $1,000 CAD in value, but the payout method differs:
1 Million Points: Best for PC Optimum members. The points are loaded directly to your app account. It’s faster and safer.
Gift Card: Best for non-members. You receive a physical or digital card. It takes longer (4-6 weeks) to verify and mail out.
Yes, but there is a limit. The official rules allow 5 entries per person/household per month. If you enter 6 or more times, the system may flag you as “Spam” and disqualify all your entries for that month. Stick to 5 or fewer to be safe.
